Roles and Responsibilities
- Main duties would be serving food and beverage in a fast pace environment.
- Deliver a memorable experience for the guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
- Ensure adherence to best practice and high quality expectations and standards at all times.
- Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.
- Attend to guests in a professional yet friendly manner
- Communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues
- Ensure a clean pleasant environment.
- Abide to Health and Safety procedures and regulations at all times.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Experience
- Waitering experience 1 year +
- Great customer service
- Fast and reliable service
- Bar experience or familiar with alcoholic beverage is a plus
- Wine knowledgeable
- Training will be offered to develop weak areas
