Roles and Responsibilities
- Undertakes an efficient and personalised reception of customer vehicles as per Company's standards and established procedures
- Deals promptly with customer complaints
- Ensures an accurate flow of communication between customers and workshop
- Performs proper verification and investigation when handling vehicles
- Makes optimum use of knowledge in motor vehicle mechanics when listening to customers so as to determine/identify problems with a vehicle and provide the right information to the workshop
- Maintains a systematic and efficient follow-up of customer vehicles
Experience
- An experience of at least 5 years in a similar position
- Relevant experience within the automobile industry is essential
