Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible to assist the CEO in all
administrative tasks:
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspond-ence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Book travel arrangements
Experience
2 years of working experience - basic understanding of business service functions.
