CANDIDATE PROFILE

Undergraduate law/management degree or ICSA partly qualified or related finance qualification.

Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and able to work under pressure.

Good command of English language.

Roles and Responsibilities

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Conduct compliance reviews and assist in risk profiling of MATCO clients.

Assist in legal research work

Assist in the administration of Group companies and trusts and their statutory requirements.

Assist in the preparation of minutes and meetings for management and board.
