Qualifications & Competencies

At least a good degree from a recognized institution.

Full IT proficiency and familiarity with the use of social media is a must.

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and French, with written and Kreol morisyen would be an advantage.

Should have an understanding of financial and cash flow management.

Roles and Responsibilities

To interact with the President and Executive Committee of the Association.

To direct the various projects of Friends in Hope and participate in strategic planning.

To lead the teams involved.

To take responsibility for financial and administrative management.

To organize and participate in fund-raising drives.

To be responsible for internal and external communication including proactive use of social media.

To prepare, organize and report on Executive Committee meetings and Annual General Meeting of the Association.

Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in a responsible management position, including team management.
