providing analysis and insight using a diverse range of sources to support customer journey reviews and business processes

working closely with various internal stakeholders throughout each project
developing reasoned recommendations for change from findings and insights, across a wide range of sources

keeping abreast of new analytics opportunities

understanding customer behaviour and attitudes to gain meaningful insight to key improvements and changes
