Qualifications & Competencies

Degree or post graduate degree in Business management or related field.

Intermediate Excel Proficiency.

ERP exposure preferred.

Project management exposure will be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage all purchase orders related to an assigned portfolio of manufacturing sites.

Monitor all open orders, ensure there are no delays and in case of delays analyze impact on the markets.

Identify any risks to delivery of our orders related to capacity at sites.

Work with sites and commercial services teams to resolve issues where applicable.

Set-up regular meetings with the sites to discuss order book, KPIs, as well as potential improvements.

Coordinate rationing exercises with all affiliates when there are no constraints in supply.

Represent SCL in projects related meeting for assigned multi-stream projects.

Provide input during the project meetings regarding site related info as well as risks.

Coordinate actions emanating from the projects meetings with all the SC team members.

Manage SCL projects- drafting project plan and monitoring all key milestones until successful completion.

Report internally on a regular basis on the KPI of sites as well as on the risks.

Report on factors impacting KPIs as well as risks to future orders.

Analyze the reports and take actions to remediate negative performance.

Be the back-up when peers are out of office on holidays.

Manage and upload invoices received from sites.

On-board and train new comers where applicable.

Review our processes to ensure they are aligned to changes in the business environment.

Explore and propose improvement options in terms of ways of working, tools, and processes.

Experience

Min of 4 years' working experience preferably in an international environment.
