AlphaFlexi is a software company with presence in France, Mauritius and soon expanding to the USA.

Key Responsibilities

Your mission will mainly be managing the project and a team of 8 to 10 Developers:

Elaborate requirement/specification documents in collaboration with the management and operational teams.
Resource and time estimate and assignment of the work.
Ensure project are implemented according to requirements and launched on time.
Maintain a strong coordination between Q.A./Testing, management and development.
Provide daily, weekly, monthly reporting to the management team.
Team management (evaluation, attendance, requests, etc)
Participate in efforts to continuously improve the software development process.

Requirements
3 years extensive background in web development projects (Including PHP and JQuery)
Strong proven project and team management skills
A good understanding and practice of multiple project management methodologies (Agile,Waterfall…)
Strong Team Management skills
Ready to start working immediately
Start up mentality

Additional Skills

Background in HTML/CSS3 and JavaScript development (JQuery)
You are able to interact in both English and in French
