Qualifications & Competencies

-Bachelors or Master Degree in Management, Project Management or equivalent
-Experience in project management
-Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical world
-Advanced MS office proficiency
--In-depth understanding of demand forecasting and Supply Chain

Roles and Responsibilities

-Be a central point of contact for Commercial Services department in assessing projects’ impact on normal supply and responsible to communicate project updates to Demand Teams at AGI and Affiliates worldwide (Asia, Africa, Europe, Middle East and Latin America regions)
-Critically analyze and assess accuracy of data received from Project Team regarding project plan and information received from Demand Team regarding inventory, sales & demand forecast
-Sets implementation plan for last delivery in old components and first supply in new components by strong adherence to establish Ways of Workings
-Execute allocation plan for supply in market where there are constraints from project and supplier
-Effective coordination of internal activities among different departments (Supply Chain, Regulatory, Master Data, Quality, Packaging, Demand and Project Teams) within AGI to ensure proper implementation
-Ensure effective internal controls in place to meet tight timelines

Experience

-Minimum 5 Years work experience in a business environment, preferably in managing Supply Chain projects in an international exposure
