Qualifications & Competencies

Degree in Communication, or Media Studies for a related field
Certificate or Diploma in Digital Media will be an advantage
Strong written & verbal skills both in English and French
Strong understanding of online marketing concepts and strategy
Good command of digital tools and the principles of SEO
Ability to provide on time customer service

Roles and Responsibilities

Devise, create, edit and proof read multimedia content
produce and publish high quality content and timely update on social media platforms
Monitor and respond swiftly and effectively to online engagement
Work with relevant departments to ensure the content is in line with Company objectives and initiatives
Devise and implement digital marketing campaigns
Analyse, review and report on effectiveness of online campaigns to maximize results
Monitor social media tools and applications

Experience

At least 1 year experience in the field
