A+ and Network + certification is added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities
In this position you will take ownership of support calls and take the necessary steps to deliver superior technical feedback and solutions. you will also:
Work with team or independently and complete support tasks
Analyse/find/describe and resolve issues in integrated solution scenarios
Support implementation of software/hardware issues
Verify software and hardware implementations
Need to work on shift systems
Experience
1 year of experience in hardware and network support
