Qualifications & Competencies
Minimum HSC.
Degree in Banking/Finance/Accounting or any relevant field.
•Computer literate with sound knowledge of word, excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
•Sound knowledge of credit appraisal techniques particularly for corporate clients.
•Ability to quickly pick up risk of money laundering.
•Good knowledge of KYC principles.
•Good knowledge of trade finance.
•Good knowledge of various types of companies and trusts.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent knowledge of financial markets and financial planning concepts.
Strong marketing and business development skills.
Excellent team spirit.
Ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities
•Responsible for efficiently and accurately manage portfolio of corporate customers and aim to maximize profitability of overall portfolio by identifying and providing financial solutions.
•Responsible for achieving contracted growth in assets, net income and new customer acquisitions.
•Structure appropriate financial solutions for customers.
•Monitor customer performance through regular review of accounts, customer visits and financial statements.
•Scrutinize credit info required to assess applications.
•Present/recommend proposals to relevant sanctioning authority.
•Ensure all control measures relative to approved facilities are adhered to.
•Ensure compliance with KYC policies and operating procedures.
•Operate as a team player ensuring the achievement of the department’s goals.
Experience
Minimum 4 years experience in the banking or financial sector
