Qualifications & Competencies
Degree from a recognized institution
1 to 3 years experience
Recruitment experience, ideally in an international environment
Sales oriented, target oriented
Knowledge and/or experience in a relevant business sector (mining/oil/engineering/agriculture/finance/banking/insurance/logistics)
Knowledge and/or strong interest in the African continent
Fully bilingual French/English, Portuguese is a strong asset
Roles and Responsibilities
Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive and international environment
Using relevant strategies and tools to attract candidates and maintaining a candidate database
Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client
Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
Offering resume, interview and general career advice
Developping market intelligence that can be converted into commercial opportunities
Experience
Previous experience or exposure to an international environment is a strong asset.
