Qualifications & Competencies
Graduate, Hospitality qualifications and/or diploma holder preferred
Computer proficiency (Opera system knowledge an advantage)
Team player able to develop and maintain good work relationships with all departments, internal and external Guests
Confident, proactive with an outgoing personality
Able to make decision at guest contact point
Strong planning and organization skills
Able to work flexible hours to respond to a variety of work requirements
