Qualifications & Competencies

Graduate, Hospitality qualifications and/or diploma holder preferred
Computer proficiency (Opera system knowledge an advantage)
Team player able to develop and maintain good work relationships with all departments, internal and external Guests
Confident, proactive with an outgoing personality
Able to make decision at guest contact point
Strong planning and organization skills
Able to work flexible hours to respond to a variety of work requirements
Pleasant appearance, excellent grooming standards
Excellent interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering exceptional level of Guest services
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Roles and Responsibilities

Anticipate and answer guest needs in a timely and professional manner and provide support and assistance to other departments to ensure guests requests are met to delight.

Experience

2-3 years' of experience in a similar position
