School Certificate or equivalent. CAP from a recognized institution or equivalent.
Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of Food Production

Roles and Responsibilities

To ensure proper staffing of the Kitchen team.
To maintain the established standard of the Kitchen.
To maintain a good industrial relations climate with the Kitchen team.

Experience

At least 5 years experience in Supervisory position.
