Qualifications & Competencies

NTC3/NC2 from Hotel School.
Able to work overnight and be familiar with Opera System.

Roles and Responsibilities

To check and tally accruals and departures' list in the system. To check that posting done during the day has been well registered.
Ensure that the rooms of early arrival guests are ready according to schedule of arrival.
Verify that all required information is recorded accurately on telephone system. Report and attend to guests requests and complaints.

Experience

Experience in a similar position will be an advantage.
