Qualifications & Competencies

NC3 from Hotel School of Mauritius as well as experiece in a similar position will be an advantage. Customer oriented, with good oral communication skills in English and French.

Roles and Responsibilities

To set the bar area as per required standards, prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and serve the guests at the bar counter.
To ensure that the expectations of the guests concerning all ordered beverages and snacks are met.
