Degree Holder in LLB or related qualifications

Roles and Responsibilities
Be responsible in all its globalism for all audit exercises and act as liaison between business and auditors on site activities and respond to all findings, recommendations and initiate corrective actions and ensure timely completion.
Implement and monitor all requirements of relevant ISO and Health and safety management systems as applicable.
Coordinate with relevant departments to update, design and execute Internal Investigation procedures and lead internal investigations as necessary.
Develop and implement relevant policies and procedures to ensure proper running of IT and payroll systems of the organizations.
Develop and implement, in totality, monitoring plans to ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to local and international norms and legislation geared towards meeting requirements of clients and legislation.
Undertake risk assessments proactively and ensure timely remedially actions as warranted.
Perform any other cognate duties related to compliance.
Experience
3-5 years' of experience in a similar position (preferably in a Textile Industry)
Familiar with Health & Safety Management System procedures.
