Qualifications & Competencies
• Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English and French
• IT Skills, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook (knowledge of Quickbooks an advantage).
• Knowledge of warehousing and logistics
Roles and Responsibilities
Job Profile
• To work closely with the Management
• Reception duties such as answering the phone, filing, courier despatch
• Prepare management reports, presentations.
• Stock control – follow up on stationary requirements, raw materials, etc.
• Procurement of all required items.
• Logistics – freight (import and export). To follow up on documentation and organize efficient means of transport.
• To organize movement of products from Duty Free to Duty Paid zones.
Experience
Candidate must have minimum 2 years prior administrative office experience, as well as 2 years logistics experience.
