Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining establishments. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing operations, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of food and beverage operations.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for food and beverage supplies.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Financial Management:
Set and achieve sales and profitability targets.
Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial performance.
Control costs and minimize waste without compromising quality.
Conduct regular cost and pricing reviews.
Staff Management and Training:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and support staff.
Foster a positive work environment and provide coaching and feedback.
Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs effectively.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Customer Service and Guest Relations:
Maintain high levels of customer service and handle guest complaints or concerns effectively.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as necessary.
Develop relationships with regular customers and ensure a personalized experience.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage outlets to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with quality standards.
Implement hygiene and sanitation protocols.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of food and beverage trends, culinary techniques, and industry best practices.
