Responsibilities
- Track, collect and allocate payments.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare reports.
- Participate in the accounting closing (reporting according to specific deadlines, reconciliation of accounts).
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) for FR/EN positions.
- Fluency in the German language / Swiss German (spoken and written) for DE positions.
- Customer-oriented.
- Very good internal and external interpersonal skills.
- Complies with accounting rules and procedures.
- Communicates professionally and consistently with internal departments and external partners.
- Good analytical skills.
- At least 2 years' experience.
