Qualifications & Competencies

•To be able to interpret invoices and good at counting.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in the preparation of orders for delivery (Identify, remove from shelves and assist in packing).

2.Load outgoing products on vehicles as per required storage conditions.

3. Deliver products after carrying out physical check of same with client’s representative.

4. Collect payment from customers against delivery made & hand over to driver for verification.

5. Collect expired products from customers as per instructions and with necessary authorisation.

6. Acknowledge receipt of products for delivery and sign Invoices & Psychotropic books accordingly as and when necessary.

7. Contact Head Office for any discrepancies noted during delivery or to report any incident whatsoever.

8. Make sure mandatory requisitions is collected against delivery of controlled products (psychotropic).

9. Distribute monthly statement of accounts.

10. Participate in stock counts and reconciliations.

11.Carry out any cognate duty as may be assigned.

Requirements

•To carry out tasks such as loading, unloading prepared goods and perform returns.

•Prepare goods for delivery and consolidation.

•Secure items in position on truck to prevent damage during delivery.

•Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner.

•Deliver and set up products at customers’ premises when needed.

•Assist driver while in reverse mode and in tricky roads and client premises.
