Qualifications & Competencies
- 2+ years of clerical experience.
- Knowledge of specific software programs used within your organization.
- Experience in data processing, bookkeeping or other skills you need to have performed.
- Ability to work independently.
- Organized and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience maintaining and prioritizing a manager’s calendar.
Responsibilities
- Receptionist
- Monitoring/Follow up the Weekly Planning
- Document/Drawings Filling and keep record of same
- Printing of Documents and drawings
- Follow up with authorities regarding project status
Requirements
- Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- Good experience in Microsoft Outlook
- Previous experience in a consultancy firm would be an advantage.
