Qualifications & Competencies

The medical representatives should have some good skills to perform well in this field. First of all they must have a responsible mind and should have good personality. Since they have to contact many people, they must be bold enough to work independently and should have good communication skills both in English as well as in regional languages. Other necessary qualities are they should have good planning & organizational skills.

Responsibilities

- Persuading potential customers to purchase company medications.

- Identifying and contacting prospective business opportunities for the company.

- Providing customer feedback to the relevant departments.

- Attending company meetings and training sessions.

- Educating the public about new treatment options or practices in the field of medicine.

Requirements

- Minimum HSC.

- Good in Communication.

- Proficient in French and English.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft office.

- Valid Driving License.

- Prior work experience in the healthcare sector or as medical representative desirable.
