Qualifications & Competencies

- School Certificate

- Higher Secondary School Certificate

- Any other qualifications will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

- Planning, implementing and supervising structured educational activities.

- Prepare balanced routine, which includes physical activities, rest and play time.

- Provide responsible care and maintain all safety standards.

- Ensure a safe sanitary and orderly environment.

- Maintain professional and positive relationship with management, residents and staff.

- Notify management for any sign of emotional or developed mental issues.

- Provide structure and accountability but compassionate with residents.

- Encourage residents to participate in all activities.

Requirements

- Main duty is to assist the residents.

- Working on roster basis which includes Day shifts and Night shifts.

- 5 days a week.
