Responsibilities
- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems.
- Run all Night Audit reports and report to Accountant, Reservations Manager and General Manager when discrepancies are found.
- Check all daily audits and report to Front Desk Supervisor, Duty Manager and Reservation Manager when discrepancies are found.
- Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
