Qualifications & Competencies
A one-month/one-year certificate, a one-year diploma or a four-year bachelor's degree is necessary for getting an entry-level position in customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Manage a company's local customer interactions and help businesses better understand their customers.
- Engage with customers, build trusting relationships with new and existing customers, and grow a company's customer base.
- Use CRM programs and tools, resolve escalated client issues, and ensure customers are aware of new and existing company products.
- Analyze business functions and identify new business opportunities for revenue resources, as well as offering new services to the clients according to their interests.
- Handle contract negotiations, respond to the clients' inquiries and concerns, and resolve complaints immediately.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience, in a customer relations department.
- You like to learn and constantly enrich yourself.
- Good oral and written French.
