Qualifications
HSC Holder
Holder of a valid driving license
Roles and Responsibilities
Outgoing friendly personality to build strong working relationship
To constantly look out for new opportunities within established region
To meet sales targets
Ensure the cash collection for cash sales and follow up of credit customers
Follow up the corporate clients’ portfolio
To develop and maintain good customer relationship at all times by attending to queries and complaints at all levels and by providing technical assistance
Experience & Competencies
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a sales role & 1 year experience in the insurance industry will be an advantage
Committed to service excellence with a high customer-oriented approach
Very high negotiation skills
Able to identify client’s needs and requirement
Develop and maintain customer relationship with existing and new customers
