Qualifications & Competencies
Degree Human Resources or equivalent
Structured approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Competent in problems solving, evolved inter-personal skills to be able to work across levels
Very fluent in French & English (both written and spoken)
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the training and development processes of the organization
Submit yearly training plan and ensure its execution through in-house and external training.
Monitor completion of training, collect feedback, HRDC refund applications, reporting and update on system.
Coordinate training needs identification and report accordingly
Measure training effectiveness and work on improvement areas.
Control & monitor training budget & training costs.
Assist in the implementation of other developmental activities for employees.
Coordinate and cooperate with other departments as required. Obtain & convey information as requested & provide support.
Handle all our company-specific training requirements end to end, from planning to execution
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position will be an advantage
