Qualifications & Competencies
- A high school education or higher, preferably with classes related to travel planning.
- A degree in travel and tourism (optional but desirable).
- Enthusiasm for travel and tourism.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent sales and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Deal with walk in clients.
- Give quotations to clients, air fares, hotels, selling package tours, car rental, sightseeing etc...
- Telephone sales.
- Explain to clients on the visa procedures and visa processing.
Requirements
- IATA advanced diploma.
- Min 2 years' experience.
- Fluent in English & French.
- Computer literate and conversant in Amadeus or Galileo global distribution system.
- Pleasant personality.
