Qualifications & Competencies
- Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals.
- Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch.
- Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats.
Responsibilities
- Create user journeys and tree structures that meet user needs according to different contexts of use.
- Work in an agile way, in constant interaction with the members of the marketing team.
- Participate in the design and implementation of user interfaces by ensuring compliance with good ergonomic practices and accessibility rules, in line with our IT department.
- Apply or set up a graphic charter or a design system.
- Test with users and evolve interfaces based on results.
Requirements
- Mastery of design, mock-up and prototyping tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Balsamiq, etc.).
- Mastery of tools and web languages: WordPress, HTML, CSS, JAVA
A/B testing and graphic design tools
Understanding of mobile/desktop constraints.
- Advanced knowledge of creative, graphic and technical trends.
