Responsibilities

1. Prospecting: Conducting research and identifying potential customers or leads who might be interested in your company's offerings. This may involve database management, lead generation, or working with marketing teams to gather relevant information.

2. Cold calling: Initiating outbound calls to prospects who have not expressed direct interest in your company's products or services. Cold calling requires effective communication skills to introduce yourself, capture attention, and build initial interest in your offering.

3. Building relationships: Establishing rapport and cultivating positive relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication. This helps in gaining trust and understanding customer needs and preferences.

6. Handling objections: Addressing customer concerns, questions, or objections during the sales process. This requires active listening, empathy, and the ability to provide suitable solutions or information that can alleviate customer doubts.

7. Closing sales: Applying various sales techniques to secure commitments from potential customers. This may involve using closing statements, overcoming objections, negotiating prices, or offering incentives to close the deal.

8. Achieving sales targets: Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets set by the company. This involves effective time management, prioritization, and consistently following up with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.

Requirements
