Tender Sales Representative

Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field. Experience in sales. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. A commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Analyze the client's needs through a detailed reading of the specifications in order to propose the most suitable technical and financial offer.

- Write / fill out answer documents (in Word and Excel format).

- Control the transmission of response files in accordance with established procedures.

- Respond to requests for additional information from customers, mainly by email.

- Participate in the constant improvement of processes and support by being a force of proposal.

Requirements

- A perfect command of the French language.

- Writing fluency and an excellent level of spelling.

- Ability to assimilate and a keen sense of organization.

- Perfect management of deadlines and priorities.

- A good knowledge of IT tools.

- A great capacity for concentration and rigor for the work carried out.

- Knowledge and experience in products (Internet/VPN, fixed and mobile telephony) would be a plus.
