Qualifications & Competencies
- Proficiency with computers and office equipment, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands and high degree of attention to detail.
- Data entry experience and specialized knowledge in the relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping.
- Responsible for preparation of export documentation & amp; coordinating the process with freight agents.
- Ensure completeness of sales invoicing in a timely manner.
- Ensure payments/suppliers invoices are processed accurately and within expected time periods.
- Work closely with the personnel to ensure update of all transactions in the software.
- Actively involved in monthly stock take.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook) and QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication and people skills, written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organized and methodical approach to a task.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
