Qualifications & Competencies

Assist the F&B Manager in planning, organizing, implementing and coordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the Restaurant, Bar/Beach and Room Service on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

•Assist the F&B Manager in planning, organising, implementing and co-ordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the Restaurant, Bar/Beach and Room Service on a daily basis.

•Actively participate in and oversee the provision of excellent service to guests during breakfast, lunch and dinnertime, and in case of any special functions in all F&B outlets.

•Converse with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement.

•Check the daily attendance book to control punctuality, absenteeism, overtime and casual labour, in order to make sure staff members have recorded their IN and OUT duty time.

•Check the daily logbooks for recording events in the restaurant, bar/beach and room service sections and review them with the F&B Manager to correct any arising operational problem.

•Conduct frequent quality spot-checks within the restaurant, bar/beach and room service with regards to work habits, storage and par stocks, records findings and submits a report to the F&B Manager.

•Excellent written and communication skills in both English and French languages.

•Willingness to work odd hours, weekends as well as on public holidays.

•Food Handler Certificate.

•A clean certificate of character is a must.
