Qualifications & Competencies

- Complete a bachelor's degree in business, business administration, management or a related field.

- Gain 7-10 years of corporate managerial experience in the industry you plan to enter.

- Develop strong skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, organization and delegation.

- Leading, motivating, and training subordinates and managers.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree degree in a related field, such as business or accounting. Typical chief executive officer jobs require more than 10 years of experience in related fields. Before becoming a chief executive officer, standard job titles include vice president, president, and chief operating officer.
