Sales Controller

Qualifications & Competencies

- Oversee the distribution of resources and push back to respective teams (sales, marketing, etc.) to best optimize cost efficiency.

- Experience in FP&A (financial planning and analysis) or sales analysis.

- Background in controlling or accounting, practical or theoretical.

- Experience working in retail/FMCG companies OR financial services.

- Demonstrates relevant business knowledge and financial awareness.

Responsibilities

- Collaborating with other departments by collecting and providing financial information.

- Providing consultancy on local matters such as taxes and currency exposure.

- Driving improvements in administrative, operations and financial processes.

- Supporting the sales team in negotiations with customers.

- Co-creating sales information control systems and ensuring the timely implementation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Masters in business or equivalent experience. Prior experience in fashion retail Analytical, positive and eager and able to work well with a team and/or autonomously. Able to train and teach others how to extract any data, tools or information.
