Responsabilities Needed

Human resources (HR) consultants provide human capital guidance and advice to a variety of companies. They may develop human resource models, advise businesses on policies and procedures, and resolve any issues that a company might have with its workforce. They also assist with recruiting and training new employees.

Qualifications & Competencies

Proven experience as hr consultant.
Experience in project management preferably HR related.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices.
Solid understanding of research methods and analysis.
Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll etc.)
