Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare Purchase order and transfer Orders from Purchase Requisition and send to suppliers/store .
• Keep updated inventory records.
• Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Ensure items are ordered correctly, on time, and within allocated budget.
• Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
• Any other cognate duties as may be directed by management.
Profile
• Minimum HSC.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the Procurement Environment.
• Good verbal and written communications in English and French.
• Well Organized.
• Meticulous.
• Able to work under pressure.
