We are looking for someone creative, well-rounded, and professional to help us administer our social media accounts.You'll be in charge of creating posts that reflect the company's image while also responding publicly to interactions or inquiries from followers on different platforms like Facebook & Instagram.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement a social media strategy that will help achieve our business goals
• Create and publish engaging content regularly (e.g. photos, and videos)
• Collaborate with departments such as marketing, sales, and customer service to preserve the company's brand image
• Communicate with followers, answer inquiries, and keep track of client feedback
• Management of social media accounts appearance (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, and profile pictures)
• Develop brand awareness through promotions
• Keep up with the newest social media trends
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager (3-5 years)
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Experience using Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
