Qualifications & Competencies
Higher School Certificate or Equivalent
Knowledge and skills in basic configuration skills for internet Modem and IPTV would be a definite advantage
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Clear accent on the telephone
Excellent listener
Fluent in both written and oral French and English
Ability to work quickly and tactfully
Ability to perform under pressure
Patient and polite
Ability to work on shift system
Proficiency in MS Office is compulsory
Be proactive
Reliable and trustworthy

To respond to each phone call in a professional yet friendly manner
To have a thorough knowledge and deep understanding of the products and services provided by the company.
To maintain good contact with customers in providing good and helpful assistance
To meet customers’ requirements according to their needs
To keep an updated database of customers
To communicate using different means of communication, telephone and email
To deal with complaints with patience and courtesy
To provide excellent customer service at all times
To gain the trust of customers
To be a Team player by contributing to the team effort by providing and accomplishing a professional standard of service
Experience
1 to 2 years in BPO/ISP Call centre environment
