QUALITY MANAGER

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Perform Final Inspection on finish goods • Review Technical Specification as per customer requirement
• Calibration of machines/equipment
• Implement and ensure close follow-up of quality management system and internal quality control measures compliant with ISO standards
• Communicate with Group Process Manager for any change in QMS
• Manage customer complaints and perform site visits
• Monitoring departmental performance and lead project of improvement.
• Manage the Team of Quality Controllers
• Schedule production planning as per request from the Sales Manager
• Follow up of production plan
• Review Production Protocol when required
• Enforce Safety and Health Procedures

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Quality Management or any related field of study
• Computer Literate
• Fluent in English and French (both written and verbal)
• Be a responsible and self-motivated person
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to details
• Product knowledge
• Proven experience in a similar position within an industrial environment (min 3 years)
