Process Engineer

Requirements

•Degree in Project Management/Engineering
•Lean Management/Six Sigma certification
•5+ years of experience (Preferably in the textile industry)
•Excellent Project and Change management skills
•Proven analytical and problem-solving ability

Roles and Responsibilities

•Coordinate end-to-end competitiveness and performance and drive transformation projects throughout all units
•Track and report on targets for yield improvement of materials and accessories
•Implement lean concepts for optimization of all processes
•Track and report cost reduction initiatives and projects
•Coordinate line performance projects throughout all units
•Establish zoning throughout all units for safety, lean, and performance
•Report KPIs and outline bridge gaps to targets
•Assist in the APM or any other ERP system implementation (“cleaning” and development of new modules)
• Act as counselor and coach for ERP solution implementation
• Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements
•Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues
•Being a source of proposal
•Streamline of management tools and reporting system/reports
•Implementation of “Lean / One-piece flow”
•Optimize the current processes with the use of lean techniques, including pointing out possible waste, eliminating the identified waste sources, and creating short and middle term projects to improve the process value
•Provide leadership in the day-to-day operations of the process stream, to ensure that production demands are met along with the implementation of the changes for improvement
•Any other assignment related to productivity and efficiency improvement
