Solution Architect Expert

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

i.Assume the responsibility of project management or management of one project or
more software modules in connection with software development project including
scheduling, control and resource allocation, risk assessment;
ii.Analyse, design and program application system of complex nature and scale;
iii.Conducts detailed study to prepare Functional Specification Document
(FSD)/Customisation Specification Document (CSD);

iv.Conducts, reviews and validates design and software specifications;
v.Assume maintenance responsibility of existing systems;
vi.Participate in Peer reviews to ensure that programs written comply with approved specifications and standards;
vii.Assume responsibility for :
a.the preparation of software documentation and user manuals and;
b.the testing and correction of programs.
viii.Communicates effectively with the project team and customers/users;
ix.Perform any other related functions to be assigned by the Practice Head.
x.Carry out such acts as shall be required for the proper fulfilling of duties listed under items (i) to (ix) above.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the area of ICT;
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in software development or maintenance in
using JAVA/J2EE, Spring (MVC,Data,Integration, Security), Struts, EJB, Hibernate,
JPA, Webservices (Apache CXF), XML, JASON;
• Proven work experience of minimum 3 years in a Team Leader position;
• Experience on JSF, Javascript, CSS, Angular JS or React JS;
• Knowledge on Application Server (Oracle Glassfish, Tomcat) and UNIX & Linux
Operating System;
• Experience in using Eclipse;
• Good understanding of the fast moving technology landscape;
• Should be well versed in multiple domains and technology products;
• Knowledge in system analysis, design and development methodologies;
• Knowledge of industry best practices and industry implementation methodologies;
• A creative mindset to think outside the box and find alternative ways to develop
application systems;
• Expertise with the entire Software Development Life Cycle, with strong emphasis on
agile development;
