Roles and Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the manager, on an agreed interval, about the number of customers to be visited.
• Monitor customer performance and customer satisfaction. Maintain dialogue with customers to provide product support.
•Coordinate with the manager, on an agreed interval, about the number of customers to be visited, the number of visits to each customer, the suitable time for such visits, and post-sales follow-up.
• Monitor customer performance and customer satisfaction. Maintain dialogue with customers to provide product support, product information, and update pricing. Take relevant actions to ensure maximum sales.
• Manage forecasts from your customers and ensure efficient stock levels in consultation with the Manager.
• Identify customers’ requirements & needs including explaining and demonstrating products, technical descriptions of products, and alternative solutions.
• Carry out presentations of products and receive any customer inquiries and answer questions professionally to keep customers informed of new product developments.
• Create an individual customer database to establish regular contacts (for marketing, promotions & feedbacks) with our customers.
• Ensure high-quality service to customers through building up a loyal and committed customer base through the highest service standards
