Qualifications & Competencies

A. High School Certificate
B. Computer Literate
C. Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office tools
D. Fluent in English and French both spoken and written

Roles and Responsibilities

The Intern will work under the Core Team of the Sales and Marketing Department.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintains database by entering new and update info.
2. Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
3. Establishes entry priorities.
4. Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
5. Secures information by completing database backups.
6. Maintains customer confidence and protects operation by keeping data confidential.
7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Experience
