•Diploma in Statistics or Business Analytics or a related field.

•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel applications and PowerPoint, as a minimum
•Excellent planning, organizing, execution and coaching skills
•Be committed and show keen interest in learning new applications and embracing innovative & creative ideas with the aim to achieve excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

•Ensure proper data governance and data quality control as per the department’s guidelines
•Design and produce reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Markets and Guests
•Assist in the maintenance of a Relational Database Management System (RDBMS).
•Create Reports and Dashboards to provide actionable insights
•Assist in market research and guest profiling

Experience

•1-year experience in a Statistics-related or Analytics-related position.
