Qualifications & Competencies

- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Sales or required field
-Personal Qualities: Persuasiveness and negotiation skills, -Customer service orientation and focus.
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Planning, organizing and implementation skills
-Eligible to work on a shift system.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel applications and PowerPoint, as a minimum
-Excellent planning, organizing, and execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

-Use suggestive up-selling techniques, attentive and exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience.
-To strengthen the product knowledge to our guests and partners.
-Respond to our guests’ and partners’ requests for technical assistance by live chat / telephone and mail.
-Assist sales team of tour operators/travel agencies in arranging travel for their customers.
-Help our guest and tour operators/travel agencies sales team by guiding and expertly determining their requirements in order to materialize bookings and drive sales.
-Involve providing information about the brand, product or service, generating sales opportunities and working to build customer preference for the brand.

Experience

Experience in Sales, Reservation, Call Center (customer care) & E-Concierge & E-distribution.
