Roles and Responsibilities
•To service all internal clients for IT related issues
•To maintain computer equipment and network
•To monitor the problem log
•To test and debug
•To install and deliver clear and concise explanation on how software works
•To explore new and innovative technical solutions for a problem
•Any other cognate duties which may arise aligned to business requirements.
Experience
•Have a certificate in Computer Studies
•Have at least 1 year in IT technical sector
•Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
