Qualifications & Competencies
•MBA in Human Resource Management.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills.
•Fluent in English, French and Creole.
•Should possess a valid morality certificate/Police clearance certificate.
Roles and Responsibilities
•Employee recruitment and on boarding
•Managing payroll and arranging for shifts and replacements
•Working with external partners/vendors to ensure that the vendor commitments are being adhered to.
•Handing employee grievances and concerns and guiding the company and employee with the labor laws.
Experience
•2-3 years of experience in hospital Industry is a must.
